What Could Be The Reason For Having Snoring And Waking Up With A Sore Throat When I Snore?

I'm 21. I just started snoring mid 2013. How do i stop. I haven't always snored and I really want to know how to make it stop. I do have iron deficiency anemia as well as asthma. I exercise and I'm pretty fit. Lately I feel like my anemia has gotten the best of me because I left my iron pills at school. Do you think my low iron is the number one reason that I started snoring?
Also when I snore, I always wake up with a sore throat.

hello. sore throat may be due to mouth breathing as a result of some nose block at night, the nose block may also be the cause of your snoring.
it is unlikely that the anemia is the cause of your snoring. please meet your ENT doctor , he will examine you and guide you further. thanks
