What Could Be The Reason For Having Sneezing, Headaches And Sore Throat?

HI I am wondering if i could be having sever allergeries i have been having runny nose clear mucus post nasal drip, headace , sneezing but the most bothering symptom II have been having is, my throat has been alittle soar, and i have been having the feeling that it is swollen inside, and sometimes a lump feeling. this is coming and going / i have been battleing this for over a month now... I had a small dog in the house for a few months. and also been around wood smoke. could I be having trouble with allegeries? Deb
