Hi
You should have an ultrasound examination with gynecologist to get your status of uterus. It can be due polycystic ovarian syndrome. It can be also due to hypothyroidism which you can rule out by a thyroid profile. And urine pregnancy test can have a false positive test.A transvaginal ultrasound gives you an early status of uterus.Hope this may help you
thanks
