What Could Be The Reason For Having Giddiness And Pain On Back Side Of Head?

my wife is having sleepless nights due to pain in the back side of the head since last few days. earlier she was diagnosed with malaria and typhoid ( 20 days back). She is having intermittent problems of giddiness, gas and swelling /sensation in the stomach daily.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The abdominal symptoms appear to be that of acidity. For that you may require anti acid tablets like rantac or rabeprazole. The headache that you are describing appears to eb due to vertebral cause. Please get an X-ray of the cervical vertebra taken. Manytimes the neuropathy pain can be this severe.
