What Could Be The Reason For Having An Earache And Headache?

Hi I have had anearache since bf xmas .saw primary , got drops 2 x..It is still painful ,(even more so)...Used drops 4x a day with 4drops each...Bad headache ,mostly in the back of my head..Been in bed most of the time..Have'nt been out of the house , drive etc.. The drops are not working..Right now it just won't go away and the pain is excruciating..I am going to try and find an ear dpctor..please help thank you Patricia McCully

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of severe earache and headache particularly behind the ear, ineffective ear drops, all suggest that you may have mastoid infection called mastoiditis which gives such excruciating pain.

I would advise you the following:
Get a CT scan of the mastoids and the brain.
Tests of the blood and urine
ENT opinion and get an appropriate treatment.
