What Could Be The Reason For Having A White Blistery Thing On The Inside Of My Nose?

Hi i am 21 years old and today i discovered a white blistery looking thing on the inside of my nose anytime i blow my nose or move it it hurts on a scale of 1-10 its probably a 9 :( my nose has been hurting but i just looked in it today to try and see why it is hurting so bad. Please help.

Dear I read your scenario. Give complete history .ifit is red on tip of nnose it may be a nose boil. Just take tablet CEPHRADINE and take ointment Polyfax .apply it on the affected side. If you have any problem regarding this issue you can ask me other wise you can go to near doctor thanks for asking.
