What Could Be The Reason For Having A Tiny Tear On The Top Of My Penis?

There seems to be a tiny tear on the top of my penis where the frenulum attatches to the penis, it stings a small bit and especially when I pull my skin back. I have been stretching my foreskin rescue rly this may have caused it? What should I do about it?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained an trivial injury to the band of adhesion between frenulum and glans penis .

Please do not worry this will get healed up within a week,

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
