What Could Be The Reason For Having A Swollen Gland?

i have swollen gland .left side, very bad swelling. i also have goiter and nodule on goiter can this cause the gland to swell? PLEASE STOP SENDING ME EMAIL. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DELETE!
