What Could Be The Reason For Having A Boil That Popped After Warm Compresses And Has Left A Hole?

I think I have a boil and it popped after warm compresses and has left a hole about the size of a pencil eraser. I live in AZ so waybe dven spider bite. The hole has drained, and still is a little, and has fibrous looking tissue at the bottom of the hole.

It seems warm water compresses has drained your boil. Right now to help the area heal, clean the area twice daily with betadine solution and apply a topical antibiotic like fusidic acid or mupirocin. If the drained area is big, a course of oral antibiotic like amoxycillin or cefixime might be required.
