What Could Be The Reason For Extreme Fatigue With Shortness Of Breath, Body Ache, Tight Chest With Swelling, Easy Bruises?

Ok here are my symptoms, starting about a year ago, some have just occurred. Some have just gotten worse.
- Extreme fatigue
- Very short of breath, all the time.
- Muscle and Joint pain, mostly in the hips, back, and wrist. Sometimes it feels like I lose control of the muscles in my legs and hips and it feels like I can't walk properly.
- A hugging feeling around my ribs, makes it so I can't stand up straight.
- I wake up with a tight and sore chest, feels like I've been running all night.
- Left side of chest is swollen and hurts, right side is starting to swell and become painful when I push on it.
- I get pain going down from the left side of my butt down the back of my thigh, it's extremely sensitive to light touch.
- I bruise extremely easy now too, as well as I get little perfectly round bruises all over my legs.

1 Anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin examination.
2 Depletion of calcium, diagnosis can be confirmed by calcium level examination including bone density test for any deficiency of calcium in bones.
3 Muscular dystrophy , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examiantion as well myelography .
4 Tension and depression as this is the most common cause .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion .
Good luck.
