What Could Be The Reason For Excessive Sweating?

I am having night sweats starting around 3 - 5pm and doesn t stop till around 4-8am, also having an elevated resting heart rate(usually between 90 and 112) constantly, have a type of aura feeling constantly (like a migraine coming on but one never does) I m fatigued and my heart always feels like it s racing. No meds, had my thyroid, hormones, and kidney and liver checked and all fine. What s wrong with me?!

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here for excess sweating you have ruled put thyroid problem and kidney, liver reports normal as per history

The Diabetes also should be ruled out by RBS

Avoid stress as it can be leading cause

If you are overweight than loose weight

Hypertension also can be causative

As your heart beats fast, it is better to rule out other cardiac causes by...
-Blood pressure measurement
-EKG
-Tread mill etc

If specific cause identified than treated accordingly

Take care
