What Could Be The Reason For Drop In Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure normally runs 135-146 over 68 to 72. This morning I had it checked and it was 116 on top. I have been feeling light headed for no reason and wondered if that might be why. So I rechecked in about 5 minutes and it was 128/67. It was one of those retail area machines so I asked the pharmacist if it was a good machine and she came out and did hers which came out high for her, so I don t feel like it is the machine. You hear all the time of things making BP go up but what would cause an unusual drop?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had dizziness, and B.P. was low, or the low B.P. can get the dizziness.
The B.P is dependent on the over all body circulation, so exertion, dehydration, anxiety, tensions, etc all can cause the alteration of the B.P.
Even walking for longer distance, exercise, getting up the steps can
alter the B.P.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
