What Could Be The Reason For Degeneration And Inflammation In Spine Of A Child?

My son 8yo had started with hip pain one side worse, then low back pain for 1year we got mult. dx multiple epiphyseal dysplasia, perthes, facet arthropathy this April will be 2year we have tried facet injection which worked 5week only pt with some relief, I wish I knew why he has this degeneration and inflammation in his spine?

Most of the degenerative diseases are genetic diseases and due to reduction in blood flow to the specific organs, or regions, causing the cells in that region to disintegrate and finally die, and this process is called degeneration.

There are other factors too like trauma, endocrine, inflammatory, nutritional, and altered circulatory hemodynamics.
