What Could Be The Reason For Constant Diarrhoea?

I am 44 years old female, I have been getting loose bowel movement for over couple of weeks now, diarrhea like stool. Everytime I eat, few minutes later I need to go to the bathroom. Wakes me up in the middle of the night.

Not sure if this is due to the multi vitamin I take or drinking alcohol everyday. Mostly beers.
