What Could Be The Reason For Area Between Butt And Vagina To Be Red, Sore And Itchy?

The part between my butt and vagina and a very little part of the back of my vagina are all red, sore, and extremely itchy to the point where I can't even ignore the itch I have to scrstch it it's so bad and I also have a minor cut or two, maybe from scratching? It's been like this for a whole now and I need help! I've been reading all these similar posts to find an answer and some people are telling me I have an STD and I'm freaking myself out because I'm a virgin so it's impossible for me to have an STD through sexual contact! Please help me it's unbearable!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem this is not the STD but this could be contact dermatitis most probable with the secondary fungal infection, If I would be your doctor then I would certainly treat you with the antifungal and steroid containing creams (Beclomethasone and miconazole) these combination gives excellent result, have nice day.
