What Could Be The Reason For A 5 Year Old Kid Having Red, Blotchy Rash On Face?

My 5 year old daughter woke up with a red blotchy rash on her face this morning. Temp slightly raised. I went to the pharmacy and they gave her portion, which has faded, until the next dose it due. Which she has had two doses of today, but as the 4hour comes close she gets really red again. She has not eaten anything different, or change in washing powder etc. She has been well till today.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your daughter in this age group certain allergic conditions are very common, and this could be allergic rash some time difficult to find out the causative factors and in first episode it is being more difficult, you can treat the kid with symptomatic medicine "Diphenhydramine" would be drug of choice it is available in syrup form on counter just 5 ml twice day would give good result you can use topical preparation of this agent instead of giving oral preparation, hope this will help you have nice day.
