What Could Be The Reason Behind Pink To Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Microgynon?

I m in microgynon I Had my period on my week break as normal then started Taking my pill again when I was Ment to but about a week and a half through I got pain just below my ribs I felt sick (but was not) and got a headache every now and then after 2 days of this I started bleeding but not like a normal period it s started of pink and now is Brown but only when I wipe, iv carried on taking my pill and should be expecting my actual period in a week+3 days.

The cause for such a discharge is usually a hormonal imbalance and is temporary, not requiring any form of correction.

Other causes are during the beginning or end of a period, infections, miscarriage, etc. But in your case a hormonal imbalance is most plausible as you are on the microgynon.
