Hi and Welcome to HCM,

What is age? Do you have diabetes and hypertension. Most probably this may be hypertension. BP, ECG, retinoscopy, MRI scan of brain has to be investigated thoroughly. Do random blood sugar study. Possible causes are diabetes, hypertension and possibilities of stoke. Investigate for ocular tension to rule out glaucoma. Do you have history of ischemic heart disease.

Wish you have speedy recovery,

Thank you
