What Could Be The Lump On Back Of Head Which Is Hard And Painful While Moving Head?

I found a lump on the back of my head near the bottom of my skull/ top of my neck (bottom left) it is hard, hurts to touch, hurts when I turn my head in all directions. I noticed it first 2 days ago when I put my head on my pillow. It seems to have gotten worse. Any ideas?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the boil, due to bacterial infection, It usually grows in size, and bursts to expel the pus.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. He may incise and drain the pus and give antibiotics for healing.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
