What Could Be The Extra Fleshy Bits Inside Vaginal Wall?

Hi i have recently found extra fleshy bits in side my vaginal wall an they join together from both sides it does not hurt but im worried as they have not allways been there ihavant been in a sexual relationdhip in ovrt a year an a half so u dont think its sex related czn u help??.

This is not a sex related disease .
According to history mentioned in query it is very difficult to say some thing .
It may be uterus prolapse or from upper side may be urinary bladder mass bulging in vagina .
If it is in the lower side ( floor of vagina )may be rectum mass .
In my opinion get in ultrasound of genitals and consult a gynecologist and get his opinion as physical examination is very important in such type of cases.
