I have these dark scars from what sarts of as a small red pen dots in my inner thigh then within days it turns into a regular size plimple full with yellow/white stuff and blood after draining the pimple, then it turns into this dark mark. What is this problem???
I have read your query and understood your concern about dark patches on your inner thigh.
It looks like you have got recurrent folliculitis over your inner thigh. Apply a topical antibiotic like mupirocin / fusidic acid over the bump. Dont pop it, squeeze it or scratch it as it will push the infection deeper and cause it to recur again and again.
Get oral antibiotics prescribed from your physician in case it keeps on recurring or there are too many lesions at the same time.
The dark scars are post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from the lesion post healing. Squeezing or popping makes it prone to develop hyperpigmentation and scarring. Apply topical depigmenting agents like hydroquinone / kojic acid after consulting your physician. This would help in getting rid of the marks.
Hope I helped.
