What Could Be The Complications If Groin Hernia Is Ignored And There Is Swelling In Genitals?

i have had a groin hernia now for a year an have been told that i have to wait on public health for repair or it will cost me 5000 dollars wich i not have.it is getting larger and seems to be heading down to my genitalia.if i let it go longer what complications may this cause?

Hernia has to be operated at elective basis.Some time hernia become non reducible and intestine in it can get permanently damage. this can cause vomiting. You may need urgent surgery and had to spend more .So try to get it operated early.
