What could be the cause of weak vision and severe headache with weakness post a migraine attack ?

I get complex migraines that mimic a right sided stroke . Usually the weakness and visual disturbance goes away within 15 minutes to 60 minutes. I have had a severe headache now for two days and my vision has not returned to normal in my right eye and I am still feeling weaker on the right side. Is it possible this was not a migraine?
