Dear Friend,

From your description it is very clear that you are suffering from computer vision syndrome. Excessive computer work leads to dry eyes and muscle fatigue. Blink a lot while work, close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes of work, use lubricating eye drops like refresh tears, and diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids. your condition will improve if you regularly follow these instructions. Take care
