What Could Be The Cause Of Tinitus In Left Ear?

are there any ear clinics that specialize in diagnosing whether my tinnitus is a middle or inner ear disfuncition. the ent i saw last week did absolutely nothing to help me. I live in british columbia canada and would be willing to drive anywhere in the north west of the usa. my tinnitus is a jingle sound during the day but as the night progresses, the jingle becomes louder and more intense until finally it is a loud tonal sound. My right ear is only affected. my left ear has no tinnitus. me hearing is good. this has completely disrupted my life. i need to find out what is causing the tinnitus and hopefully receive a treatment

You need a mri scan temporal bone/ cerebello- pontine angle and also an audiometry . Currently you start on neurobion twice a day till the scans.
