What Could Be The Cause Of Terrible Cough And Stress Incontinence After Being On A Flight?
i suddenly developed a terrible cough. I had flown in an aeroplane just 1 hours flight 3 days previously. Apart from the inconvenience of stress incontinence and the debilitating condition I am not too bad but I have lost all interest in anything. I have stayed indoors in the heat since coming home. My GP gave me 3 days of steroid and 7 days antibiotics. It is day 9 now and i have not improved Thank you Mary D

If your infection has not resolved in 9 days then probably the infection is not responding to the anti biotic. It would be wise to get a throat swab done to identify the infection and start appropriate antibiotic.
Regarding the feeling of loosing interest, its normal to harbour such feelings initially in case of ill health but if the symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks then it would be wise to start an antidepressant such as sertraline.
