General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the urinary tract infection, or stone in the ureter, some stones are not seen in scanning.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride, ranitidine, and domperidone.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
