What Could Be The Cause Of Slight Brown Discharge With Cramping And Swollen Breasts Before Periods ?
Hi, my period is due around April 7th or 8th. On March 27th I experienced just a small amount of brown discharge and now sore and swollen breasts and some cramping off and on. I ve gone up a cup size with my bra and they have never ever been this sore/tender. I am married and we do not use any form of birth control except withdrawal sometimes. Do you have any idea what might be going on?

If there is no other cause of breast engorgement than You might have become pregnant.
But you should not forget of about any injury to your breast during sex.
During sex excitement the husband some time squeezes breat too much and that can lead to this type of problem..
Wait for your period to come.
If they don't than after 10 days you can get preg test done.

Withdrawal method is not very reliable method of contraception. Failure rate is around 5-20 /100 women in a year.
Your symptoms suggest pregnancy. So please do pregnancy test. Small amount of brownish discharge could be because of old collected blood after spotting , blighted ovum , or just a symptom of threatened abortion.
i would advise you to do the Urine pregnancy test. if it is positive, you must see a doctor, who will advise you to do Quantitative B HCG -two times, within a interval of 48 hrs, to confirm that pregnancy is going well. If pregnancy test is negative, and you do not see your period within 3-7 days, then also you should see the Doctor. he or she will redo your pregnancy test, pelvic examination and USG.
If you are not ready for pregnancy, use either condom or oral contraceptive pills. Your doctor will tell you all the advantages, and disadvantages of various contraceptives method appropriate for you.
