Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Do you have associated fever or chills? You are suffering from Skin Abscesses. Kindly do not worry as it may not be a Serious condition. The cause could be folliculitis, boils, A bacterial infection. Kindly get yourself examined by a General Surgeon and if possible get a culture or examination of any drainage from the lesion. This may help identify what organism is causing it. This will help your Doctor know which antibiotic to Prescribe which you will have to take for a week to 14 days. Drink Plenty of water. Apply warm compresses which may speed healing and may also help it drain. Do not squeeze them.
For Menstrual abnormality, this happens if you have Hormonal Imbalance or stress. You should be seeing your Gynecologist if you have abnormal vaginal bleeding or Menstrual cramps or if you start missing your Periods.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
