What Could Be The Cause Of Popping In The Hip After Treatment For Pulled Hamstring ?

Hip and thigh problems Ok so this year I pulled my hamsting in foot ball and couldnt play for the whole year. I waited for it to heal and went out for track. My first race I hear and feel a pop on the front of my hip and im out for 2 weeks. Whats wrong with my hips thats causing these injuries?

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.You seem to be overexerting your muscles.Your muscles seem to be unprepared for the sudden and severe exercises.You have to be gentle and gradual with your muscles.Train your self gradually and increase the endurance and stamina gradually over a period of few weeks.Along with muscles training take good amounts of protein for muscle building along with B complex vitamins.Thanks and good luck.
