What Could Be The Cause Of Pain In Tibia Bone?

Hi, I broke my Right tibia my senior year of HS I went and ran track two years in college, soccer for 4 yrs and lacrosse for a year. But now It hurts everytime I try to run and if I walk on uneven ground for along time I have to stop because it hurts. What do you think it is?

Your symptoms are related to stress to the bone
This could be in the form of stress fracture.

Kindly get an Xray of the leg done and get it evaluated.

Treatment :
Take ample of rest. This means taking break from all sporting activities.
Take a good analgesic.
Take a good calcium supplement.

Further management will depend on results of Xray and evaluation of your orthopedician.
