What Could Be The Cause Of On And Off Fever, Sore Throat, Joint Pain And Joint Stiffness ?
my aunty having rash for 3 weeks , on and off fever, sore throat for more than 2 weeks joint pain and joint stiffness . however, blood test is normal and proven not lupus. X-ray doesnt show any abnormalities as well. do you have any idea what disease it is?

Hi,
What type of blood test had done? These symptoms may be allergic. In homoeopathy give Rhus tox 200 - 2drops 4 times daily. Report after ten days.

1. Get an urgent evaluation of her skin rash done by a local skin specialist. Post the clinical details here such as distribution, spread, appearance, color, itching and so on.
2. Get the following blood tests done or repeated:
a) Hemogram,
b) Platelet Count,
c) ESR,
d) BT/CT,
e) PT/PTTK,
f) Liver Function Tests,
g) CRP,
h) RA Factor,
i) Serum Ferritin.
3. Discuss with your treating physician to rule out the following with special tests:
a) Dengue
b) Chikungunya
c) Rickketsial Fever
d) Adult Rubella
e) Leptospirosis
2. Get the following blood tests done or repeated:
a) Hemogram,
b) Platelet Count,

d) BT/CT,
e) PT/PTTK,
f) Liver Function Tests,
