What Could Be The Cause Of Constant Dry Mouth, Muscle And Eyes Pain And Extreme Fatigue?
Good day. I m a 40 year old mail and smoke cigarettes for a long period in my life now. My problems is constant dry mouth. Muscle pain. Extreme fatigue especially in arms and legs. On/off joint pain in my left fingers and toes. Jaw pain(on/off). Pain in left arm(on/off). Pain in right upper back. Muscle tension in my neck and left shoulder muscle. I sometimes get a burning pain in my left shoulder that will trigger my jaw to ache as well. I get on/off burning sensation in my front head. Have a throbbing feeling on my left head template...out of breath when physical active...pain in my eyes. Any idea where to start...thank you.

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..1stly it could be autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis since jaw joint , arm , toes , muscle pain,, 2ndly it could be sjogren's syndrome,, since dry mouth, painful eyes etc,,,burning mouth,,,3rdly it could be due to infected teeth/stomatitis,,hence to rule out one by one,, plz consult an endocrinologist/internal medicine and thn a oral medicine/ oral surgeon specialist,,hope it helps,,, tc
