What could be the cause of anal pain and occasional bleeding after passing motions ?

Hello, I m Ahmed from Chennai INDIA. My problem is After motion i have little pain in my anal. And occausanally drop of blood will come.....In time washing that place i feel there is one small spots... I don know excatly....i could n t see thal place.....

Hi,Ahmed thanks for query.At times when you have constipation or hard stool,which leads to friction with walls of intestine in that region,so you can have a cut or rough area there.Which can bleed and give rise to pain.Avoid taking spicy foods,heavy foods,take laxative so that you stool becomes soft.Take analgesic for pain.In case this does not help ,please go to a surgeon for examination and

is ur small spot is near to anal mouth(aperture).or little 1-2cm away from it.if it is on anal aperture it is piles/if it is away from it that is fistula.
Arshodhini vati -2tab tds c warm water
Arogyavardhini vati - 2tab tid c warm water
kankayan vati (arsh)- 2tab tds
Abhyarist - 15ml+15ml water bd after meal
trifla curna - 1tsf H/S c warm water for 6 month
