What Could Be The Cause Of Abdominal Pain In Delayed Periods ?

Hi doctor , am 25yrs i have been feeling pain around my lower abdomen and my menses too has not been coming please, what is the cause of it?

Abdomen has many organs and any problem with any of them can cause abdominal pain.
Most common causes of lower abdominal pain would be 1)Urinary tract infection - get your Urine analysis done , which will tell you if there is any infection.
2)Becoz you have missed your period too - consider pregnancy too - go for a urine pregnancy test , which will help you to know if you are pregnant.
3)Colitis
4)Appendicitis
5)Pelvic inflammatory disease etc.
The best thing is to get a abdominal ultrasound done and know what the cause for pain is and get it treated accordingly...
