What Could Be The Cause For White Patches On My Penis?
I had a wierd itch arund my groin area. And i guess its jock itch. There are 2 noticable dry patches around my groin and when i take a shower the whole area turns white and when i dry it look dry and white. Well, today i found what appeared to be a dry small tic-tac sized white patch under the base of my penis. I peeled it and it was like i peeled a blister that just popped and the skin under it burns to touch like it was a blister. Any idea on what is going on? I am not sexually active.

White patches in groin area are usually fungal infections. Scratching them will lead to blister formation and there might be some bleeding and burning sensation. There may be super aided bacterial infection.
I advise you to apply triple action ointment(containing Clobetasol, Neomycin ,Miconazole) over it. Keep the area clean and dry.
