What Could Be The Cause For Having Flu Like Symptoms Along With Headache, Toothache, Earache And Sore Neck?

I have had flu like symptoms for the past 4 days, started with sore throat, runny nose and sneezing but today I have developed a headache, toothache, earache and a sore neck none of which will go away. All of these symptoms are on the right side. Should I seek advice from my GP?
