Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post is attributed to either infection or inflammation in the Gastrointestinal tract.
The white specs can either be mucus or parasitic ova, indicating intestinal parasitic infection
Management involves:
1. Tablet Albendazole as deworming measure.
2. Oral Rehydration Solution (O.R.S) for maintaining the hydration status & electrolyte balance of the body.
3. Take soft, plain, non-spicy foods.
4. Avoid fast foods & gas producing food products like cabbage, etc.

If symptoms persist for more than 02 days, then kindly consult a Gastroenterologist for proper clinical examination.
A course of antibiotics need to be taken based on culture & sensitivity reports.
Investigations like complete blood count, stool examination & Ultrasound scan of abdomen & Pelvis will be helpful in detecting any pathological cause for the symptoms.

Wishing a good health.
Take care.
