What could be not spreading red pimple like bumps on legs of a child ?

Hi, my one year old has a couple of red, pimple-like bumbs on her legs. Literally one on one leg, and one on the other. I haven t changed any soaps or detergents that I use for her. She doesn t even know they are there unless I touch them to try and get a closer look. Can babies get a case of acne at this age? She has had these two spots for 3 days now, and it has not spread or gotten worse.

Thanks for writing.

Babies of one year age do not get pimples.

Red bumps can be due to some allergic conditions .

Other diagnosis is molluscum which is a viral infection.

It will be better to consult a dermatologist.

Hope this will help you.Take care.
