Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your breasts are growing and accustoming themselves to suppprt breast feeding the child, so the pain is going to be present. I only wish your doctor would have informed you about the same or you would have thought about the consequences before the surgery. But ma'am, unfortunately we cannot really prescribe any pain management medications other than tylenol during pregnancy. I would advice you to schedule an appointment with your plastic surgeon to find a solution.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
