What Could Be Done For The Mouth Ulcers Suffering Since Couple Of Years?
Dear Sir, I am 28 years old. I have mouth ulcer problem for the last 15 to 18 years. I visited many doctors regarding this problem, but till today i am suffering with the same problem. please guide me in this perspective. Thanks for your time and consideration Raju Jvn

Recurrent mouth ulcers of a prolonged duration could be due to causes like recurrent aphthous stomatitis, Behcet's disease, erosive lichen planus, recurrent herpetic stomatitis, pemphigus vulgaris , crohn's disease and vitamin B 12 deficiency.
It requires detailed evaluation including mucosal biopsy for histopathological examination and an immunofluorescence study.
Please consult a good dermatologist who has access to biopsy facilities to get a complete evaluation done.
The treatment depends on the exact cause.
