What Could Be Causing Urinary Problem?

Dear Dr.
I am 35 yrs,58kg and 162cm male.I have no previous medical problem but I used to have medicin of depression for 2 years and stopped taking for 10 years.Whenever I go for urinating it does not pass with force and takes time to clear.it is impossible to control the urine more than 5 minutes when i urge to do.I have been treated by urin infection already still it is going on properly.What could be my problem and would you mind suggesting.this problem is for more than 5 years.

You should go for ultrasound abdomen once. You may have some problem in prostate or urogenital tract. Go for ultrasound abdomen it will give you exact idea. Then take treatment accordingly.
