If I close my left eye and only use my right, my vision looks like it s jumping up and down. As if someone is shaking the picture very rapidly. This leads to disorientation with both eyes open and distorted depth perception. I wear toric contacts but wearing glasses for days resulted in no change. Is this computer screen fatigue, inner ear infection, or something else? Recommendations for how to stop it?
