Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi..thanks for writing..
its good that you have noticed something that is bothering you..
few questions for you:
1. is it about any particular stressor?
2. how long you have been facing these?
3. is it continued from childhood?

there may be chronic depression of which one type is agitated depression..you can also go for personality assessment or a psychologist with pen and pencil questionnaire..there are chance of impulse control issues..

but with these little information i cant give you any advice..

consult a psychiatrist and tell him your problems..follow his advice..you can also go for psychotherapy and counseling..

i hope this will be helpful to you..best of luck..
