What Could Be Cause Of Experiencing Stomach Pains, Bloating, Fatigue?

Since Wednesday I have been experiencing stomach pains/ bloating, fatigue, and stools that are close to diarrhea but still have some shape. I had about 10 hrs of sleep last night and am in need of a nap at 5pm. I have a hard time focusing, get queasy
