General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM.
Pain during walking and decrease after resting is sign of deep vein thrombosis.
First go for routine ivestigation,S.B12,B.sugar,Lipid profile.
Doppler study of that leg to rule out deep vein thrombosis.
Consult your physician for better guidance and medical management.
