What Could TSH 4.75 Level Suggest?

just got my blood wk back and my TSH is 4.75 (i knew that) my AST is 55 and my ALT is 61 (not a drinker) and my Neutrophils is low at 635. What is up? I got sick with somethink like fever the same day as these test were done. Could that contribute to these weird numbers. Liver and low white count = strange to me. Thanks

Hi...
your blood reports suggest a one fold increase in AST and ALT with decrease in neutrophil count. This scenario is leucopenia with mild hepatitis which is very common in any viral fevers. so i would recommend you not to worry since these changes do not hold much significance and return to normal within 1-2 weeks after recovery from infection.
