What Could T-wave Abnormality In ECG Report Suggest?

My ECG is abnormal - moderate ST depression, T-wave abnormality, however, my nuclear stress test showed no sign of ischemia. I do not have chest pains while exercising. My doctor says the abnormality may be "normal" for me. Should I see a cardiologist?
