What Could S.typhi Values In The Widal Test Report Suggest?

plz tell me regarding the widal test report of previous day ... i should inform you that from a year ago in the month of september last week i had typhoid for the first time and after that till today it repeated 4th time even after the treatment with heavy antibiotics in the month of august the titre reading are as follows:S TYPHI (O) 1:320S TYPHI (H)1:160S.PARATYPHI(AH) 1:80S PARATYPHI(BH) 1:40 please help me, out plz tell me what are the precautions i should make in order to avoid its repetitive attack.

Typhoid fever is a water or food-borne disease. Effective treatment needs to be accompanied by preventive measures. This can be prevented by ensuring water and food safety. If water is from doubtful source, it can be made safe by boiling or adding chlorine-releasing agent. Other preventive measures include:
Washing of hands with soap before preparing or eating food
Avoiding raw food, shellfish, ice
Eating only cooked or hot food.
