ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thanks for the query.
I probably feel you have dermatitis of the skin of the external ear which causes itching.
Empirically you can take loratidine tablets 10 mg daily one in night for 7 days. Use glycerin with liquid paraffin ear drops to moisturize your ear daily twice.
The yellow liquid which is seen on the q tip can be wax or ear discharge.
This has to detected by examination.
Do consult your Doctor and get treated.
